With over 30 years of experience, Hali Love is a seasoned Yoga Therapist and ERYT500+ known for her deep expertise in yoga, movement, and holistic healing. She has taught more than 40,000 hours and completed over 10,000 hours of training, making her a trusted leader in the wellness space.
Hali has spoken and taught at world-renowned events like Wanderlust and The OM Yoga Show in the UK, and has delivered impactful corporate wellness programs for top companies including Amazon and Kayak. She was also honored as the cover feature of OM Yoga Magazine in November 2024

In 2009, Hali took a courageous leap of faith - she sold everything she owned, including her three thriving yoga studios in Canada, to chase a vision that had been calling her soul. That vision blossomed into what is now Playa Negra Yoga, a vibrant studio in the heart of the quaint surf village: Playa Negra, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
The path wasn’t always lined with sunshine. Before this chapter unfolded, Hali navigated the shadows of unhealthy partnerships, transformed her life after divorce, and healed chronic asthma through the powerful integration of yoga, Ayurveda, and deep emotional work.
Today, Hali Love stands as living proof that profound healing and transformation are possible. Her message is clear: If she can rise, so can you.
